Nationwide helped my daughter cleared her credit. I gave them a call Wednesday I must say that I am very satisfied with customer service. Right from the beginning I was speaking to someone and they were very nice and polite. They explained to me in full detail the process in clearing my credit and programs they offer. I’m in the process of trying to get my credit cleared and my daughter previously used Nationwide Credit so I decided to give them a call first, since she is always raving about how they helped her clean up her credit reports. I honestly don’t even know where to begin. I called around 12:15 today (CORRECTION CALL WAS THURSDAY BUT POSTED TODAY) and the girl who answered put me on hold for a good ten minutes. She then comes back on the lines and says “ So what are you looking for?” I begin to ask questions regarding services completely dismissive about how she came back on the line. Question after question, I received absolutely nothing of value from this woman. I repeatedly asked how much services were, how the process works and still could not get a straight answer. I told her my daughter was a previous client and that I was looking to receive the same services but was sure as to how the program worked as my daughter did not get into details with me. With all that I explained to her she still did not know how to answer my questions. Not only was she not helpful but when I went to hang up I heard her say “What the f?” If a customer is such an inconvenience then maybe you either close your business or find new representatives to work at your company. I WILL NOT BE USING YOUR SERVICES AND WILL ALSO ADVISE MY DAUGHTER NOT TO USE YOUR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE!!!
